From Address from submitter

Is there a way to make the "FROM:" address that we see in our email client be whatever the user enters into the E-Mail form on the field rather than a generic email address (like right now we have "[email protected]" set as the Mail FROM address? We have a lot of emails and it is a lot easier to just be able to hit "reply" and it will go to the person.
