Include Article Title in the Form

First of all, many thanx for this real friendly-use component. Great!
My question:
I have included the form into an article with the {ckform} code, it works great. But since I have many articles (each article represents a travel destination), I wonder if there is a way to receive the email with information about the article (either article title, URL, etc.). Something to let me know from wich page (eg article) the form has been sent.

[DONE] In fact, the easy solution I found is to insert a hidden field where value is the title of the article. This suppose to create a single form for each article.

I'm looking for a solution for this too. But instead, I'm having a link in all my articles to a form. Is it possible to pass a variable (article title) to the form page?

Could you please show an example of your solution? Do I just have to place 'page_title' as the value of this hidden field?

I'm having the same doubt myself.

I want to have the same form in different articles, so that the user can ask questions to us about a training course in specific without having to type the name of the course in the form.

Is there a script that can automatically insert the name of the article in the form?

in the new version changelog there is "11/03/2010 - Hidden field with the article ID with the Plug-In"
I don't find the value of the hidden field !!! someone ?
